My painting of sea life was inspired by the sea animals I saw on my trip in Thailand. During this trip I got to see Whale Sharks up close when I swam next to them. I also saw a lot of rays with really pretty patterns on their backs. I made this painting because it reminds me of a memorable experience.

My name is Mary and I am from Costa Rica. I am 15 years old and I like making art because it’s fun and relaxing. I want people to relate and like my art. I wish that in the future I can make a good detailed painting that people like.
